Cette mission n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi urgente. Dans un contexte d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 mondiale, le Canada fait face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qui menacent notre prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et notre qualit\u00e9 de vie \u2014 des d\u00e9fis qui peuvent \u00eatre relev\u00e9s en misant sur la r\u00e9putation internationale du Canada et en renfor\u00e7ant ses relations \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>Ce document propose un plan ambitieux pour contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ces d\u00e9fis : les Centres mondiaux de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, un mod\u00e8le novateur visant \u00e0 transformer la formation professionnelle en offrant l\u2019expertise canadienne dans des r\u00e9gions strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 l\u2019international. Ces centres seraient \u00e9tablis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, offriraient des formations canadiennes align\u00e9es sur les besoins du march\u00e9 du travail canadien et permettraient \u00e0 une partie des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s d\u2019immigrer ais\u00e9ment au Canada. Nous sommes convaincus que ces Centres mondiaux de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences peuvent attirer des talents de calibre mondial, combler des p\u00e9nuries critiques de comp\u00e9tences et permettre au Canada de cro\u00eetre de mani\u00e8re durable, en harmonie avec les nouveaux arrivants qu\u2019il accueille.<\/p>\n<p>Ayant nous-m\u00eames immigr\u00e9 au Canada, nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement sensibles \u00e0 ce que signifie \u00eatre Canadien. Une valeur canadienne fondamentale r\u00e9side dans la confiance accord\u00e9e aux comp\u00e9tences et \u00e0 l\u2019engagement des nouveaux arrivants pour b\u00e2tir un Canada encore meilleur. Nulle part cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 n\u2019est-elle plus \u00e9vidente que chez les milliers de nouveaux arrivants qui accomplissent un travail exigeant, souvent m\u00e9connu, aupr\u00e8s des personnes en d\u00e9but et en fin de vie : les aides-\u00e9ducatrices et aides-\u00e9ducateurs \u00e0 la petite enfance, ainsi que les pr\u00e9pos\u00e9es et pr\u00e9pos\u00e9s au service de soutien personnel. Par leur travail, ils soutiennent les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations qui ont b\u00e2ti ce pays et les enfants qui en forgeront l\u2019avenir. Compte tenu de la valeur inestimable de leur contribution, ces nouveaux arrivants doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s sur la voie de la r\u00e9ussite en leur offrant une formation de qualit\u00e9, tout en les lib\u00e9rant des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et de l\u2019incertitude qui accompagnent trop souvent le parcours d\u2019immigration au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Chez 369 Global, nous nous engageons \u00e0 combler les \u00e9carts de comp\u00e9tences du Canada de mani\u00e8re innovante, ambitieuse et durable. C\u2019est pourquoi, par l\u2019entremise de notre filiale de formation, Computek College, nous explorons activement des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019ouvrir les premiers Centres mondiaux de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences au Kenya, en Malaisie et en Inde. Pour que les Centres mondiaux de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences atteignent leur plein potentiel, nous ne pouvons toutefois pas agir seuls.
